Methane by the kilo

A few folks wondered what difference it would make to express yesterday’s graph by the kilo.  So, I’ve knocked something up based on some (very) rough estimates of boneless meat yields of the animals we are likely to eat.

    Still, chickens may be only 5 weeks old when cattle may well be 24 months old. Whole of life figures are really wnat is needed, although it appears reasonable to say that chooks and kangaroos are so far out in front that the larger animals come a distant third.
